Which areas do you service?

Our residential snow services are mainly in Clarence-Rockland and Wendover areas where our fleet of tractor service, with small exceptions East and South of Clarence-Rockland where our trucks equipped with snow plows are readily available to serve our clients.

Are there any snow removal limits?

Our winter residential contracts contain NO SNOW LIMITS for the season therefore no extra charge above the usual 250cm of snow.

How are notifications to customers sent?

During a snowfall, we inform residential customers via email with an approximate outing time, and our 2nd 3rd snowbank outings is also dispatched giving enough notice to customers to clear off snow from their vehicles and/or moving them in time for our next passes.

How is our quality service monitored?

All our equipment/tractors have GPS logged cameras at the front and the back permitting time quality control on all our drivers.
